Willie McLaurin has been involved in developing leaders existing and emerging leaders for 25 years. His heart for investing in leaders begins with leading at home. He and Antonia have been married for 25 years and they have two amazing daughters. He is gifted in developing in strengthening strong relations toward optimal performance.
Willie is President and Chief Executive Officer of Willie McLaurin Coaching and Consulting. He currently serves as the Vice President for Great Commission Relations and Mobilization of The Southern Baptist Convention. Willie partners organizations to:
